"Brainwave Series" and Loch is actively engaged in academic brain/
mind/consciouness research and study.

York City's One Spirit Learning Alliance Loch offers the regular semester long "Course of Awakening" (see

As a graduate of Columbia University and Union Theological Seminary, Loch was
awarded a fellowship to study Buddhist meditation in Sri Lanka from 1981-1982 in both the
monasteries and at the University in Kandy.
then studied the non-dual traditions of Dzogchen with Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche in Nepal and
Advaita in India. Returning to the U.S., Loch spent 10 years establishing homeless
shelters and community lunch programs and, as a psychotherapist, worked in outpatient
mental health in Brooklyn, New York. He has also served as the Coordinator of
Counseling as well as Interfaith Chaplain for Union Theological Seminary.
2007 Loch began working actively with Adyashanti and Adya urged Loch to begin teaching
